15.01.2022 Dear Parents/Carers The Formal arrivals begin from 3pm this afternoon at the Sandstone Point Hotel grassed area adjacent to the main carpark. Parents/guests are requested to park in the top overflow carpark and sign into the arrivals area via the top gate. There is limited shelter or shade so it may be advisable to carry an umbrella. However, if there is a storm, arrivals will be halted and guests may be able to shelter in the main part of the hotel. Students will be able to... shelter in the Pumicestone Room upstairs if required. The staff of the hotel and our announcers will direct students and guests where to shelter. See more

13.01.2022 This morning Mr Pogson’s 9G English class had the pleasure of interviewing acclaimed US writer, Todd Strasser, author of the novel The Wave, via Skype. This learning experience gave students valuable insight into the life of a writer and allowed them to question him on the choices he makes during the writing process. Such an amazing experience for our students.

08.01.2022 Graduation last night was a wonderful celebration. Staff, parents and caregivers joined their students to celebrate this important milestone. Congratulations to all our graduates. If you did not receive a program, these can be collected from the school office. Our students walked the red carpet on Tuesday before they made the journey into Brisbane to celebrate at their Formal. We wish this wonderful cohort of Year 12s the very best that life can bring and a very successful future.

06.01.2022 Please be aware that the roads surrounding the Bribie Island Bridge are currently affected due to a two vehicle accident on the bridge. This may result in traffic delays in the area potentially impacting families and buses utilising these traffic routes on and off the island. Please be patient and follow any instructions from emergency services. Please be assured that school staff will supervise your students until they can be collected.
