01.01.2022 As any small business owner knows, we rely on client referrals for our continued growth. I absolutely LOVE what I do, and am very passionate about my work. I schedule all my appointments accordingly, spaced at 1 hour intervals, so when a client is late by at least 15 minutes it means I have to try and accommodate the process within a limited time slot. Not recommended! Please! If you are running late or have no intention of showing up, a simple call or message would be appr...eciated. Its utter rudeness not to!
