21.01.2022 Search for the voids in your life and explore how you currently fill them. Now imagine, instead of filling them with foods, addictions, judgements, the tendency to overwork, pretty much anything to distract yourselves from the emptiness that gnaws at you, that you are filling those same voids with love, care and compassion. Begin the habit of true self love; be as deeply caring and empathic with yourself as you are with those you love the most. You are worth every single last bit of it.

15.01.2022 Today I am grateful for the ability to go to darker places where self forgiveness is required. To ask myself when I am transported back what I most needed during those times. Love was needed. Self love was needed. Inclusion and support were needed. Connection was needed. To recognise what was missing is a prerequisite to forgiveness and ultimately to healing. Facing those bleak, dark moments with self forgiveness allows me to release obstinate heaviness and enables me to evolve. We all have these dark places. They are, in fact, our greatest teachers.

14.01.2022 An oldie but a goodie. Focus on what you want, not want you don’t want. Focus on how you can help, not who you can blame. Most of all though, focus on being present.
