14.01.2022 Friends of Moama Echuca Botanic Gardens invite expressions of interest from NSW-based regional artists to create a permanent sculpture /installation for a prominent position in Moama. To be funded through a South West Arts NSW grant. For enquiries, phone 0407 341 331. Email examples of work and CV to: [email protected] by 13th August. South West Arts NSW is providing grants to community organisations for up to $30,000 (including all costs involved in the project) to supp...ort regional NSW artists. To apply please submit your CV (no more than two pages) and photographs of examples of your work. Please detail methods to be used to create your proposed work. Website links to your work may also be included. Expressions of interest must be lodged by 13 August and work must be commenced by Jan 2021 and completed by July 2021. Artists’ expressions of interest will be assessed a panel the decision of the panel will be final. This eye-catching art work will be the major public show piece, created from a lasting material. It will be erected at the entrance to the stunning local government precinct in Moama. All applicants will be advised of the outcome in writing by the end of August 2020.
