22.01.2022 From our Bridge Kids family to your family we would like to wish you all a very safe and peaceful Christmas and New Year. We are so looking forward to creating more exciting and memorable moments with our children and families in 2021

18.01.2022 No Bush Kinder, No worries! The kinder children were supposed to go on their 3rd Bush Kinder excursion this week, as part of their second Bush Kinder program. But due to restrictions they couldn’t go, though that didn’t stop the kinder children from exploring and getting muddy! In the afternoon the children went into the mud kitchen. Extra mud and water was added and the chidlren pretended they were at Bush Kinder. The children made chocolate cakes and lots of mess! ... Florie also came and joined the kinder children who were getting dirty and cooking yummy cakes. Mud play is a rich, engaging sensory play which allows children to express their creative side, while also enhancing their gross and fine motor skills. They also build on their social skills as they problem solve, co-operate, share and communicate their ideas.

13.01.2022 HAPPY EDUCATOR DAY! We are so grateful for the hard work the Bridge Kids educators do. The reason we can call our service ‘A home, away from home’ is because of our wonderful educators. With the amount of love and care they give all of the children, one day doesn’t begin to express the gratitude and respect we have for our educators - but a big ‘Thank you’ goes a long way. ... Today we celebrated as loud, and as fun as we could. Educators, families and managers have all shown their appreciation today and we thank you for acknowledging what they do for our service, families and your children. Happy Educator Day to all of our amazing educators at Bridge Kids

02.01.2022 Science Week! What a fun week we had last week, exploring all areas of Science. The amazing educators in each room ensured they got the children thinking and wondering as they engaged in or observed age appropriate science activities. ... We had lots of positive feedback from families and children saying they thoroughly enjoyed Science Week! We are so lucky to have such dedicated educators that support each child’s learning through engaging and hands on educational experiences.
