19.01.2022 Half way through this book. I love a quick read! And I love the lessons in this. Don’t think about it, Just do it! All the scary sporting commitments I’ve made in the past were all spur of the moment decisions. ... If I catch myself thinking or feeling fear. Then I’ll sign up. Then figure out how the hell I’m going to get there lol. The scariest things I’ve done are the ones that taught the biggest lessons about myself. From the marathons to half iron mans to bikini comps. They all terrified the crap out of me lol. Yes I may not of been the fastest runner. Or placed first. However what you learn in the process, of who you become and grow into. From that commitment of Screw it, Let’s do it. That’s what truly matters! I always proved to myself that I am not a quitter! So whatever it is that you want for yourself. Don’t let fear hold you back. Just jump in and go for it. Screw it and Just Do It

11.01.2022 Massive shoutout to my amazing online coach @rubycherie.coachingspecialist for guiding me, inspiring me and making me feel like she actually believed in me. I’ve had other coaches and Ruby 100% shits all over them. My last trainer literally gave up on me as I had a tendency to self sabotage and Ruby actually taught me how to overcome these issues. I’m so proud that I haven’t emotional eaten or self sabotaged for near 3 months!! Coming to the end of Comp I wasn’t craving shit... at all, I was actually wanting a Mexican Salad from @merrywellbaranddining and OMG it was sooooo Yum! Without a doubt I will be staying with Ruby for at least next year to build on my current form. Yes I’m happy with a 4th Place but now I’m already hungry for more Thank you so much Ruby. 08.01.2022 Being an empath I pick up on others feelings of not feeling good enough or they will openly talk of all they are not good at. When the reality is is that we all have parts in us that are not perfect or we haven’t got it down packed. Who gives a shit at the parts you are apparently not good at or not good enough. How about focusing on all the things that you are good at, or can do and find the things that you do love about yourself and only focus on that! Stop beating you...rself up. You deserve so much more than that because the reality is is that you ARE already perfect and already good enough just as you are Affirm to yourself every day and all day I love and approve of myself.
