12.01.2022 ADULTS BALLET Ballet isn't just for kids Stretch yourself no matter how old you are and drop into one of Bridgetown Beatz ballet classes for adults (Ages 18-80+) Ballet does a lot more than just cardio too! In fact, regular practice of ballet can give you just as much strength as training with small weights. This gradual increase of strength will make your movements more fluid, but you'll also find that you're more fit to carry things in your everyday life... Our introductory ballet classes are aimed towards anyone no matter of experience who wish to start ballet, regardless of age. Starting from the basics and slowly building up, it aims to teach control and flexibility while having fun and getting in some fitness too! Adjust to your pace and body in a judgement free class. Whether you danced years ago and are wanting to start again or have never set foot in a ballet studio before, introductory ballet is for you. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move fully (leggings preferred). To begin, wear socks. As you progress, ballet shoes are strongly recommended. Casual fees and 10 class passes are available
