01.01.2022 Pursuant to my previous post - a client who rang last night to book for the long weekend was extremely rude to my son when he explained our hours. She rang at 5.35 pm when we were already had clients at tables and I was "rattling the pans" hence why Declan answered the phone. Her response was: "well, that's not very helpful for all the people coming down from Perth for the long weekend, is it". Here we go again - people who have no idea about our circumstances making comment on, how, after 34 years, we should be running our "family business" - be it opinionated artists, frustrated cappuccino consumers, hungry weekend warriors who can't get a dinner due to covid space constrictions or any other participant in the plethora of punters who think they know how it should be !!!
