19.01.2022 A very interesting, although not surprising, article in today's paper. 3,322 Residential Lots sold in the June qtr, an increase of 1,300+ on the previous qtr. The highest rate ever recorded.

09.01.2022 Unfortunately, the consistent rain over the past few weeks has brought works to a halt. Just when the site begins to dry out with a few days of good weather, back come the rains and it doesn't take much to soak the ground again. This has been a big issue for road construction and trenching. More rain is forecast, meaning the site will remain too wet for works to productively recommence. We have made the decision to stand-down for the next 2 or 3 weeks until such time as the f...ine weather arrives and the site has completely dried out.
