23.01.2022 BY IMMERSING OURSELVES IN A SONG WE BECOME PART OF THE MUSIC - POUR YOURSELF INTO EACH MOMENT AND LIVE A LIFE ON PURPOSE Love love love music , it can completely take you from high to low in a heartbeat and visa versa. I went from high to low last year when we were in Seattle, USA for a couple weeks & this one night just couldn’t get a hotel. Initially I wasn’t worried until the day before when I realised that something HUGE was happening in Seattle. Every Airbnb ...and hotel was taken as far as 50 miles out unless I wanted to pay $1000 for the night. Oh, hang on there was one Airbnb to sleep on some ones couch and even that was gone by the time I had pushed the thought of bed bugs to the back of my mind and pressed book! Blessing in disguise really. So, we finally get find a place miles away and while we sat in Starbucks I started chatting to a group of peeps and I said, wow this city is going off what is happening here and one guy said the Rolling Stones were playing that night. I was seriously beside myself. Nek minute we got thanks to these amazing peeps and the low of having to drive 50 miles out in a cab to the hotel was replaced with a massive high coz we were heading to see the Stones one of my all time favourite bands. so much gratitude... Life can change in a heartbeat, music can make your heart sing but whatever you do immerse yourself into each moment and live a life on purpose! Here we are enjoying a spectacular lunch at one of Adelaide’s gorgeous restaurants- Shobosho. One of the many blessings of working a flexible schedule.
