21.01.2022 Thank you. Thank you to all my clients who have been so beautiful during this stressful time. Thank you for confiding in me when your situations have been challenging. And thank you for listening to me too. Thank you for allowing us to be raw, real, and honest. It's the exact vendor relationship I love with you. Also, big respect for keeping your cool and getting on with it. ... I have admired all my clients for their resilience and their ability to go with the flow and move with what has been. You deserve a big shout out. Well done. As always I am here to make sure you are looked after, loved and most of all have a good laugh on your wedding day. At the moment there is still some shuffling and changes being made - but I am keeping up to date and if you have questions about your day feel free to message me whenever you like. 20.01.2022 To my beautiful humans, In case you were wondering if it’s safe to continue your hair and makeup bookings during these uncertain times, I wanted to reassure you that I am healthy, happy and taking measures (as always) to make health and hygiene a priority. I am honouring all bookings and taking the necessary measures to make sure we're all safe. Hygiene is of the upmost importance to me and I am: - Using hand sanitiser and washing hands between all clients and (again as alwa...ys) sterilising my kit and tools as throughly as ever. (Forgive me that my hands look like they need serious hydration... all the extra day to day alcohol has made them look like they are 400 years old.) - Requesting that if you have returned from overseas please reschedule until you have self-isolated for 14 days. I know it's a bummer. But it has to be done. - Asking that if you have a cold, a sniffle, a cough, fever or are feeling unwell please reschedule. As per my terms I have the right to refuse your service on the day if I believe it's unsafe for me to touch you. It's all for the safety of everyone. My immune system is rock solid... it's others I worry about. When you’re having your service with me, you should know that: 1. I sterilise ALL hairbrushes and tools. 2. I disinfect my station at my studio after every appointment using an antibacterial solution. 3. I am washing my hands after every single client, using the 30 second hand washing technique (I also sing happy birthday doing it... ask me about it!!) In the meantime, I'm here for you. I am not canceling single appointments. I am not cancelling group appointments. I am not going to call cancelling on your wedding. As long as I am fit and healthy my business is running as normal. 04.01.2022 LIMITED SPOTS 2021 - No really, there will be. And here's why: I love nothing more than working with my clients to make them feel like a million bucks. And over the last few years I have lovingly and passionately worked nearly every weekend (along with the weekdays of managing my business and bookings). But the COVID break made me realise a few things. While the break has caused me great distress both personally and financially - it also allowed me to rediscover the joy of s...imple things like reading in the sun. To go for a Saturday walk, spend more time with my husband and sleep in on a Sunday.
