24.01.2022 ePrescriptions are coming! We’re starting to roll out secure electronic prescriptions (or ePrescriptions) at our clinic. An ePrescription is a prescription that is electronically generated and sent to your mobile phone or computer. It provides convenient access to medicines, supports telehealth consults, enhances a contactless experience, and means fewer lost prescriptions.... You can use an ePrescription in the same way as a paper prescription to get medicines from your pharmacy. Paper prescriptions will still be available to use if you choose. To prepare for using ePrescriptions, please make sure your address, email address, and mobile number are up to date when you visit our clinic next. It’s also useful to check with your local pharmacy to see if they’re able to manage ePrescriptions at this time. Please speak to your doctor or our reception staff for more information.

It is important to continue to practise good hygiene and physical distancing in the absence of a COVID-19 vaccine. Once a safe and effective vaccine is available in Australia, this will only be one part of keeping the community safe and healthy.
