12.01.2022 Its pretty incredible to think that in 2006 Nicole Sjardin and I started talking and writing about food and recipes and then in 2011 ended up producing and publishing a gluten and dairy free cookbook called Bridging Foods. We have, since then, sold out of the 3000 hard copies we had printed. We have also produced Bridging Foods as an E-Book which has been selling since the hard copy sold out a couple of years ago. We have had people requesting to have the hard copy book and ...so we have responded to the call - it has taken some time but here it is hot off the press and stacked on a pallet in the garage, the third edition of Bridging Foods. Its got a whole new look and feel thanks to Desiree Delaloye, new recipes and some ingredient tweaks as we upgraded the book for 2018 - 7 years on. Nicole Sjardin and I are looking forward to distributing Bridging Foods once again as it is a book that truly supports people to feel how food makes their body feel and then for them to be the ones to decide what they do and dont eat. No prescribed diets needed, just an awareness of what your body is telling you after you make choices about what to eat. See more

10.01.2022 It has been awhile since we have done some baking in the kitchen but we are doing a photo shoot tomorrow for preparation for the re-launch of Bridging Foods as we have the third edition of the cookbook in hard copy back in stock. We are preparing dishes for Lee Green to photograph tomorrow. Stay tuned as there will be more things happening soon.
