24.01.2022 During Isolation I completed an Intuitive Meditation course with @debbirossi. It reignited my love for meditation and got me though some challenging times, finding peace and calm in my home and my heart. Kinesiology and Meditation work so well together and I will be embracing both, as I come closer to launching my business in the coming weeks.

24.01.2022 I have been invited to present in the High Vibe Collective again this coming Saturday at 4:44pm. I will be sharing an Art Therapy process with the collective. Art Therapy has been a natural inclusion and evolution into my kinesiology sessions and wellbeing workshops. I studied Fine Art at Uni and was a Secondary School Art Teacher for 10 years so it really is a part of my soul work. I love that I can now keep my passion and love for art exploration alive in my new career path as a kinesiologist. I would love you to join me for this free event on Saturday xx

19.01.2022 We have recently seen our community of people that live in housing commission, thrust into the limelight. I live in the Moonee Valley Council, 2 of the towers are part of my community. Community and connection are so important to me, so I have acted quietly to help my community where I can. This episode of You Cant Ask That: Public Housing was a really insightful look and the human side of people in public housing. 18.01.2022 "The Earth Pulsing" Slow Down.... I feel deeply into this card today, the pulse of mother earth is soo evident as we slow down and sit in stillness, I can hear her heart beat against my soul!. I have really taken to the practice of creating micro spaces within my home after reading a recent article by @merindagarrett . It whispered to my soul , it has been the first time that I have felt spaciousness, in my family home and in my heart. Little pockets of what lights me up within our working space, a yoga mat facing my crystals, a comfy chair and blanket in the corner of my room looking out a window. Through this practice I have found the isolation I was craving, for me and my heart, to just be! Thank you Merinda Thank you @donna_wallace_medicine_woman for sharing her goodness

In a kinesiology balance, I am often guided to choose a card for you at the beginning of the session. It sets the tone for what your body wants to explore and in the imagery and words, we often find our starting point for the balance

I have been working very hard, gaining knowledge, connecting spiritually and aligning myself with what my soul desires. 01.01.2022 I just received these beautiful essences @pro.m.emo that I will be using in clinic. I muscle tested them on myself and gave myself a couple of drops of the love essence. The energy in these is so subtle and creates beautiful emotional shifts. I was super anxious this morning, going into stage 4 with 3 kids homeschooling, I felt like I was on the edge of tipping over into anxiety and panic. I have already felt the shift in myself and actually feel soo much calmer! I can feel the difference these will make for my clients, cant wait to dive into their beautiful energy
