25.01.2022 So back Home to this heat, from our couple of days in Glen Innes for Northern Schools Steer Show. Oh wow, what an awesome day we have had, with Team Brigalow ...Limousins and Peel High. We took up 3 heifers and 3 steers and all 6 received ribbons of some colour! Brigalow heifers placed 5th in light-middleweight and 1st in middle-middleweight class and than champion Middleweight !! Peel received 1st in heavy middleweight class, 1st in 1st Heavyweight class, a 1st in 2nd Heavyweight class, and a 3rd in Heavyweight 2. Than received Champion and Reserve Champion Heavyweight and than the Heavyweight champion was awarded the Supreme Exhibit!!!woohoo!! So pleased to be apart of this team and helping Peel High and giving the students the opportunity to show cattle. Anxiously waiting for the Carcass results now!! See more

23.01.2022 Such a lovely sight, when you drive into your front paddock and you such a lovely heifer calve unassisted, with an awesome milk supply. One very happy calf I'd say!!!

George - Middleweight Class 2 (8 in class) 3rd on hoof... 1st on hook - Champion Middleweight Carcass Oompah Loompah - Middleweight Class 3 (12 in Class) 4th on hoof 1st on hook - Reserve Champion Middleweight Carcass Cherry - Heavyweight Class 2 (20 in class) 1st on hoof - Champion Heavyweight 1st on hook - Champion Heavyweight and Grand Champion Carcass Overall Champion on Hoof and Hook Congratulations to all the students who participated and contributed to these successes, including all students who worked with the cattle at school over the last few months.
