22.01.2022 Our Bonney Tots centre was busy busy last week with fun activities reflecting Naidoc Week, Recycling Week & Remembrance Day. The children enjoyed creating with carboard boxes donated by their families, making a Rainbow Serpent with recyclables, reading a felt story about the rainbow serpent, colouring in & playing with natural materials such as bark & cornflour paint. They even worked together to make a beautiful poppy too. #mindfulmonday #bonneytots #recyclingweek #naidoc #remembranceday

06.01.2022 During Recycling Week our Bonney Tots centre had an excursion to CQ Recycling & Recovery - Bundaberg. They gathered the containers collected by their families into their special yellow bags. They then got to tip their containers onto the sorting tray & help to count them before having a tour of the facility. With the money they got for their recycling they purchased some duck feed, before heading off to the botanical gardens to feed the ducks, turtles & geese. What a great day! #recyclingweek #bonneytots #sustainibility
