18.01.2022 Looking at the children standing up watching the falling rain, gave me an idea of todays activity. Spray water bottle! Filled up three bottles and add few drops of food colouring (every child picked a colour). Placed cotton balls at the table and explained to the group how to fill up the ball with coloured water. Kids love it, they couldnt get enough! kept asking for more and more. This provision gave us opportunity for language development as recognition of colours, counting number and spontaneous conversation. To finish with the activity, I placed a white towel over the handrail, giving the kids more room to express themselves while spraying their last bit of water. Well done everybody!

15.01.2022 Sorting by colour. Goal: For the toddler to learn to observe and group objects by color. Children well engaged during the activity, we also use color words in Spanish "azul", "rojo" "amarillo""verde" and language of comparison, such as same, not the same, different. Well done everybody"
15.01.2022 To join the celebration, we organised a craft activity for our little busy hands. Craft paper cut in string shapes, piece of red cardboard, brush and lots of glue. Happy Valentines day!
13.01.2022 Sensory play. Sensory liquid timer kit is always a win! Early in the morning children couldn't help by getting mesmerised watching the coloured bubbles floating down and upwards. Little after, our older child got they engaged in organising all the different timers in a line and even got more adventurous building up a tower!
12.01.2022 Exploring with glue. For the group to explore sensory play by using their hands on glue and to create a product. Outcome 4 - Children are confident and involved learners.

05.01.2022 Contact with nature. Watering the plants early morning was an excellent start of the day. During the activity we talked about how important it is to love and care for the littles flowers in our garden. Children showed interest and engaged in the activity in a lovely way. Afterwards, we visited a local park. We took balls and bubbles with us, which gave us plenty opportunities to run, chase and let all of our energy out. Another fun and active day for us. Thanks everyone! Outcome 2- Children are connected to and contribute to their world.
01.01.2022 Five years ago I started my journey as an early childhood educador. Today, I am happy to say I feel very fortunate to do what I do, I feel very proud of my achievements and very thankful with God for giving me the strength and motivation to do what I do best, to love and care for my children. Thanks Miguel De La Mata, I couldnt have done anything without you. Love you babe. Thanks to my children for being the light of my life. Love you forever.
