This week long intensive group covers fundamentals for first time school goers. It will cover an introduction to thoughts, feelings and mindfulness skills, belonging to a group and using your social abilities. It will provide practise on how to follow instructions, how to join in for play, asking for help, using fine motor skills and other self care skills essential for a positive start to the school year.
