Thickness Available in 35mm, 55mm or 90mm to suit application (for strength and insulation). Length Made to order up to maximum 8 Metres. Foam EPS closed cell foam with fire retardant additives. Bonded, under pressure, to top and bottom skins with specially formulated adhesive to give strength and durability. Cyclonic Tested The Hunter Douglas SHADEMASTER Insulated Roof has undertaken a stringent cyclonic testing program. The Hunter Douglas Insulated Roofing System has been tested at the James Cook Cyclone Structural Testing Station in Townsville, North Queensland (Refer Report No. TS635). The results of this testing deemed the product to be suitable for construction in cyclonic regions. Integrated Naturelite System Using the Naturelite extrusions, designed by Hunter Douglas Limited exclusively for its Insulated Roof Panel, the HD Naturelite panels may be perfectly integrated. INSULATED ROOF ~ FEATURES & BENEFITS Modern, slim-line appearance. Roof and ceiling in one! Suitable for Patios, Pergolas, Add-on rooms, Gazebos, Pool enclosures and Carports. Eliminates mildew and condensation. Minimal maintenance. Lightweight, but strong over large spans. Strong enough to walk on! Great spans, typically around 30-35% greater than 42 single skin W-panel . Less under-structure required (saving you money), due to large spans. Weather-tight patented clip +plus Nitrile Foam Inserts ensure no leaks. Quick Installation (roof and ceiling in one!) Ease of installation (ease of handling due to width of panel at 580mm narrower than competitors product). Wide colour range to complement both modern and traditional designs. Minimises exterior noise such as rain, hail, etc. Excellent insulating qualities, minimising heat transfer and roof radiated heat, thus enabling year round climate control (cool in summer, warm in winter). High gloss roof (top side) reflects heat. Low gloss ceiling (under side) gives an aesthetically pleasing ceiling finish. An outdoor area that looks like part of your home.
