24.01.2022 I sat down at a local cafe not too long ago and looked up to see this little message I’m grateful for the reminder! It’s all too easy to get caught up in life and forget to realise it’s either already a good day and we can pause to appreciate that, or we can make it so (most of the time). Even in these horrendous lockdowns, try to find some joy within and make it a decent day. If you’re finding that too hard, call us and we will discuss if we can help you to release your feelings with some hypnotherapy. I’ve done it myself with great success!

03.01.2022 It’s time to make things more fun! I was lucky enough to be at a theme park recently, and had some fun with the kids on this enormous slide. Would a little journey like this be a thrill for you? Or peak fear and anxiety with the height and speed of descent? Personally, I closed my eyes three times to handle it but I had fun. Hypnotherapy can help to ease anxiety and fear. I have personally experienced life changing results with that, and love to help others too. There is a better way to live
