I am REALLY sorry that I can't support you with de-stressing massages right now, but I am sure that will change again (and hopefully soon)... So right now I can only encourage you to increase your selfcare wherever you can. Here are some tips: - Meditate - even 5min helps - Call a friend - physical distance doesn't mean we have to disconnect - Go for a walk - movement, especially outside in the sun, helps to relax Stay healthy!
