07.01.2022 THE END OF AN ERA Jason commenced as an apprentice in March 2001 and moved to Production Manager then to Bakery Manager He has won The Best Pie in the State many times culminating in winning Australia’s Best Pie in 2017.... Jason has been teaching on a part time basis at the Hobart TAFE/Drysdale for the last couple of years and is now off to teach the new apprentices of the industry on a full-time basis. Jason dedication and skills will be sadly missed, however he has left the bakery in great hands. The Management and Staff of the bakery wish Jason all the best with his new role. THE INDUSTRY IS IN GREAT HANDS
