22.01.2022 One of the most fascinating things to me as an eCommerce marketer is walking into physical stores and seeing the disconnect between online tracking and instore shopping. Given how much online shopping has grown recently (thanks COVID) it amazes me more stores aren't utilising both mediums more effectively. We all know that people go into physical stores, and then often will buy online - hell I hadn't even left the Peter Alexander change room once before I had checked o...ut online as they didn't have something in my size. I know that many physical fronts are closing - but I don't think those businesses realise how important touching and feeling a product means to consumers - it doesn't mean your ads aren't working, or the store is unnecessary. Did you know you can set up systems so when someone buys in store, it can be attributed to their FB profile through your backend using something called 'offline conversions'. Considering how many big retail stores have membership programs, it baffles me that very few use this functionality? You can even set this up if you're at a market or running a pop up store! Not sure how to set it up, PM me and lets chat! See more
21.01.2022 Hahaha this is an amazing ad!! Watch with sound on! Not sure how I feel about the Waze ads as a thing, but the ad for them is brilliant.

15.01.2022 Testing is so important to your Facebook ads. It's the difference between good results and great results, and the only way to turn around terrible results. Here is a cheat list of some of the main things you should test: -Audiences -Ages... -Gender -Copy -Headlines -Emojis or no emojis -Different images -Video vs. static vs. GIF -Using carousels, single creative or collection campaigns -Where you send people once they click your ad -And so much more... We have a list of almost 100 features we test over the lifetime of a clients time with us. You can never stop testing. The world of Facebook and viewers experiences change so quickly you'll never have 1 ad that will work forever. Any questions, PM me or comment below! See more
15.01.2022 When things get tough, often one of the first things to go is Marketing Budgets... Unfortunately, I've seen a lot of posts doing the rounds telling people not to cut their marketing budgets at all. However, these are uncertain times. And while, obviously, I don't think that marketing budgets should be the first to go. There is some care and attention that needs to be put into those budgets. For instance, if your Return on Ad Spend has drastically dropped in the last week or t...wo, I would be doing a serious cull and work on what is and isn't working. If it's your cold audiences that have tanked, can you swap the investment to your warmer audiences? I certainly don't advocate for pushing through for the sake of pushing through, your advertising dollars are important, and while I would very rarely recommend turning everything off, it is important to make sure you are still profitable. So, if you're ads are suffering, and you're not sure what to do - I'm offering free reviews. And I'll be brutally honest on where you need to cut back, and where you can spend the money instead. Or if, like most of my clients, things are going well, where to change things up - and what to watch out for. PM me, and let's tee up a time to chat!
14.01.2022 Who hates writing copy for your ads? You're certainly not alone - it's one of the toughest things to do, and it can be demoralising when you work so hard on something and it doesn't work. Here are my top tips:... 1. Focus on one of two formulas. Option 1 - super short sentence that grabs attention and let your photos speak for themselves. Option 2 - attention grabbing statement - brief description on why THEY would want it (not why you sell it) - and a call to action 2. Don't spend too much time making it perfect. It's better to have 3 versions live, than one perfect version. 3. Keep an eye on those click through rates and cost per click. You're aiming for over 1% and under $1 - not hitting those benchmarks, change up your copy. Smashing those bench marks, change up your copy. You should be constantly trying to improve. Always. 4. Check out the Facebook Ad Library to get inspiration from your competition. 5. Save the ads you click on - refer back to them to see why you click on them. 6. Don't steal other peoples copy. 7. Test out using emojis - they work for some and don't for others 8. Let your customers do the talking for you - testimonials are your best friend! Still stuck, let's chat - maybe we can take over for you so you have one less thing on your plate! See more
14.01.2022 Brick and Mortar or eCommerce? I was talking to a colleague about this the other day. Obviously, we are big fans of eCommerce over here at Bright Red Marketing - considering that's what we specialise in. But do Brick and Mortar stores still have value? And if you are solely online, how can you capture the inperson experience.... Here are my thoughts. People like to see and feel a product. If you've got a product that people are going to want to touch and feel, can you offer sample sizes, or fabric swatches? If it's clothes, can you have the most seamless returns policy possible? Even if you have to increase your prices to pay for those returns. Anything you can do to make the buying experience easier is going to help. If you have a brick and mortar business, and it's not doing as well as online, have you asked your online people how often they are in store? Maybe your store has become your marketing and the thing keeping your online business going? I know that the other day I was in a Peter Alexandar store, they didn't have both colours I wanted, so while in the dressing room I was buying online before I'd even walked out. The moral of the story. Make the buying process as simple as possible. And don't forget that it takes multiple touchpoints for people to buy! * * * * * #facebookmarketing #facebookmarketingtips #facebookmarketingstrategies #facebookads #facebookadvertising #facebooktips #digital #digitalmarketing #digitalagency #digitalmarketingagency #digitalmarketingtips #instagramads #instagramadvertising #australianbusinesswomen #goldcoastbusiness #brisbaneanyday #brisbanebusiness #goldcoastlife #womeninbusiness #womeninmarketing #ecommerce #ecommercemarketing #onlineshopping See more

05.01.2022 We recently worked with a client that was only running retargeting ads. Granted, they were getting a whopping 8x return on ad spend from their ads. But they were wondering why they couldn't grow their business. If you're going to grow, you need to nurture your best customers and find creative ways to reach new clients. ... * * * * * #facebookmarketing #facebookmarketingtips #facebookmarketingstrategies #facebookads #facebookadvertising #facebooktips #digital #digitalmarketing #digitalagency #digitalmarketingagency #digitalmarketingtips #instagramads #instagramadvertising #australianbusinesswomen #goldcoastbusiness #brisbaneanyday #brisbanebusiness #goldcoastlife #womeninbusiness #womeninmarketing See more
02.01.2022 We love this video our designers did for Blue Can Do! What do you think? Did you know our new FB Ads packages come with video and graphic design included?
01.01.2022 Be vary wary if you see stats like these to promote a Facebook Ads Agency. These are stats from one of our campaigns today - while they look good and they are technically accurate - they don't tell the full story, there is very little ad spend on these, and only 4 sales. Often when a campaign first launches you'll get these overly inflated stats, some agencies use these to promise you the world, where in reality, you just won't get these stats over the long haul.... This account is currently averaging 10.4 x Return on Ad Spend, which is incredible, and we've worked hard to achieve that. But it's not guaranteed for clients and we make sure we are clear on that.
