25.01.2022 Hello yogis HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS If you have a little one (4-8) or bigger one (8-12) or bigger again (teen) who would love to attend a workshop before the return of school, please comment age/ages below. At this stage, we are taking interest. We are looking at running a couple of weekday fundraising workshops, one or two weeks prior to the return to school, contributing part funds to those in need who have been affected by the devastating fires. 02.01.2022 Beyond grateful for the support yogis. Here are a few snaps from our workshops yesterday. The yogi kids went on a beach adventure and learnt about the impact humans can have on the environment (good and bad). Tweens learnt about intestinal health and how to strengthen their bodies in a loving way. You were a delight to guide. Namaste
