22.01.2022 The lead story on ABC News today shows many early education providers are experiencing cashflow shortfalls and capacity challenges in the current limited funding period. However, we are grateful for our dedicated educators who have worked on the front line through the crisis with little recognition, and the government funding which has helped the sector survive. Our sustainable management of our limited resources means we can now provide 70% of our normal capacity until norma...l funding resumes. We welcome back our currently enrolled children for booked days. Please contact us by email to advise return to care or request any other booking changes. A week's notice is preferred if possible. New enrolments are welcome for vulnerable children and for families with all parents working, following the Australian Government priority rules. Child Care Subsidy approval is recommended before commencement to avoid paying full fees. Unless changed by the government, we expect care to remain free to parents until 28 June and payments for fees two weeks in advance will start from 15 June. See more

07.01.2022 We remain open to serve our families, until we are directed to close by the Australian Government or the WA Department of Health. Today, our Pre-Kindy 3-year-old children were painting LI for lion! Today’s government announcement of a Relief Package for early education allows us to waive gap fees for absences from 23 March onwards and provide care to existing enrolled children, free to parents, through to 28 June, but this may be extended further. No payments will be processe...d from 6 April until two weeks in advance of fees resuming. Recent payments will be held in credit on your account for when fees resume. Enrolled children are welcome if they are well. We are conducting temperature checks on entry and asking parents to drop their children at the door where possible. Thank you for doing your part to keep us healthy by only sending your children when they are completely well. We will immediately send home anyone with a temperature above 37.5C, a runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever, fatigue, or shortness of breath. This is our usual exclusion policy and is nothing new. Due to the government’s Relief Package being fixed at 50% of our February revenue, we have limited capacity to 50% of our February attendances, and will prioritise care for vulnerable children and children of essential workers. Please contact us to discuss any booking increases, casual days, or extra days. Day swaps are still welcome at any time. In order to protect the health of our educators and existing families, we are currently not accepting new enrolments. Please contact us if exceptional circumstances apply. Government assistance and advice is changing regularly. We will update you here as soon as we learn anything more. On behalf of all our dedicated, hard-working educators, we want to personally thank all our families who remain enrolled and willing to support us through this challenging and chaotic period. We will all get through this together.
