We are delighted that through our Brightwater Buddies program, we had over 700 people volunteer to keep our residents connected during the COVID-19 pandemic through letter writing. We pride ourselves on our proactive forward planning, and in light of the recent developments in Victoria, we have partnered with Get Scrubbed WA to involve our Brightwater Buddies once again.... Get Scrubbed - Scrub Hats and Linen Bags for HCWs, Western Australia have been providing scrubs to health care workers in WA under strict guidelines since the start of the pandemic, and last week they commenced their 1,000 masks project, making masks to DHHS standards for our friends on the East Coast. Our Brightwater Buddies are getting involved, to contribute to Brightwaters own 1,000 masks project, with guidance from Get Scrubbed to create and donate masks. If you would like to get involved, join the Get Scrubbed WA Facebook Group for all the details: https://www.facebook.com/groups/806537529837425
