10.01.2022 Thinking about how you want to feel in your space is just as important as considering how it appears ______ When consulting with clients, we like to ask a variety of questions that help inform us of the kind of space the client desires. Sometimes it’s not so obvious that we want a certain space or room to convey a feeling rather than a look. ... Some of us aim for a clam, relaxing sanctuary - for example in a bedroom. Sometimes we want to achieve a lively but reminiscent space, often shown in our living areas. Even more importantly now, as a lot of us are looking down the barrel of working from home, we need spaces that motivate, inspire and work just as hard as we do. This is why it is so important to ask the right questions when consulting with clients for the first time. Half of your things are cute and #bringjoy and the other half are a mishmash of all your worldly possessions from decades of ideas. But it’s ok! We believe the best way to tackle a big revamp is to take it one space at a time. Pull together your overall vision before you start (with one of our beautifully personalised style-guides) and keep your references handy for each room. Here is the bathroom of one of our clients!
