24.01.2022 To all our valued clients, We have to temporarily close the door to avoid the potential spread of China coronavirus (Covid-19). We have been monitoring the government instruction as well as that of our associations. Now with the advice from the government to maintain a social distance from members of the public at all times we are unable to safely offer my services anymore.... We will be tentatively closed until as soon as the situation is clear. For all those who is holding our valid voucher which is not expired before March 2020, it will be extended extra 6 months for your peace of mind, please do not panic to use it in this virus pandemic situation. We're asking all clients to follow government health guidelines to try and maintain the best infection control procedures possible to avoid the spread of this virus.... 10.01.2022 Reopen on 4th May with limited services and hours. To all our valued clients, Hope you are all well! ... We are delighted that our Midwest region has no new case for longer than 28 days. Well done everyone! With increasing number of our local requests and State and Territory jurisdictions have moved to lift restrictions on the practice of remedial massage. We would like to announce we will be reopen on Monday 4th May with limited services and hours. We are allowed to open for treating remedial massage only, relaxation massages are not available at the moment. Our extra infection control measures will be taking to ensure our clients and therapists are as safe as possible at all time. There are some special arrangements during this time as follow: 1. We just accept booking by phone for remedial massage only, we lock our door for avoiding walk-in traffic, we just open for client who has made the appointment. 2. Please take a shower and wear clean clothes for your appointment. 3. Please bring two clean towels for your personal use during your appointment. 4. Our toilet is not available during this time. 5. We may use face masks and/or gloves to reduce risk to either our clients or ourselves if needed during treatments. 6. Client is requested to not attend if you or any close contact family have any flu-like symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who has flu-like symptoms. If you do show signs of infection when you arrive, we will request a postponement of your treatment on the spot. We have never charged a cancellation fee, and so please be assured that you can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time with no repercussions. 7. Some health funds may not be available for claiming since COVID-19, you should better check with your private health fund before the booking. 8. We temporarily close on Sunday.
