It will affect one in ten English search language queries ... But what does that mean? The search algorithm is designed to have an easier time comprehending conversational queries when the user searches in their natural language (or voice). In tough economic times, the power of a brand can be paramount to the success of a business, as it drives a connection with consumers, builds loyalty, motivates staff, and ultimately drives the bottom line. Are you investing enough in your brand?

05.01.2022 The hospitality industry, including many of our clients, are doing it tough at the moment. Reduced patronage, uncertainty around operations, and the future are all creating stress and angst. At the same time, they are innovating, offering new take away, and delivery options rather than relying solely on eat-in clients. Most often, these additional dining options are usually not about making a profit, but instead keeping their staff employed, and bills covered while we wait f...or the world to return to some sense of normalcy. If you can, support your local cafes and restaurants (and other small businesses, of course). Frequent them while we still can, if you feel safe to do so, otherwise use their newly created take away options if you need a break from home cooking. If you can, order direct from the venue rather than using a third party delivery service that takes 30% or more of the order value, leaving very little profit for the venue. Need to give a gift, think about a gift voucher from your favourite local, if you love it, your friends should too, and it will mean so much to the business owner and their team. Together if we support each other, we will all get through this.
