Even though the moon will not be visible, we will still feel the strong lunar energies around us. 04.01.2022 get out. Nature has this was of resetting us, any problems fade away & everything is just the way it should be. What’s your favourite outdoor adventure?... This morning we left the house super early and have been soaking up the outdoors, in the forest with no mobile reception. (Audrey survived). Auds and I snorkelled in fresh water and followed a massive eel for ages. He(or she) wasn’t bothered by us. We thought it was a bit funny all these people swimming on the surface while a massive eel is swimming in between their legs.

03.01.2022 you just need to start. Consistency is the secret with everything; healthy eating, gym, drinking water, meditation & the same goes for essential oils.
