20.01.2022 At the Brinkley ReUse Centre we don’t just recycle house hold goods but we also sort metals ready for recycling. Jake has been doing a fantastic job sorting the plastic from metal so they don’t end up in landfill but can be recycled and reused for another purpose. Did you know that Recycling metal is great for both the local economy and the environment as it creates more jobs and reduces greenhouse emissions. The recycling of one tonne of steel saves more than 500kg of ...coal, 18kg of limestone, and one tonne of iron ore.
