25.01.2022 Lately I have been neglecting my self care and I have really noticed the effects. I normally go for a walk everyday and I’ve managed to work up to jogging in some parts of my walk. Which for me is an achievement in its self. But this last month I haven’t been doing that and I have noticed that I have become more tired, cranky, not eating properly, my back has also started hurting again and I’m not in the right frame of mind. So this morning I got up and went for a walk. I n...ormally listen to music as I walk, but this morning instead of my usual play list, I played calming music and it helped me even more. It helped me get out of my head and not think about situations that are happening in my life at the moment, I focused on the music and my surroundings and I felt better, more relaxed. Self-care is very important to add to your daily routine as well all need a bit of time to unwind, relax and recoup. If we don’t take care of ourselves first, how are we expected to take care of others? What do you do for your self-care?

22.01.2022 At Kloud9 today with the kids and have already used my Lavender oil on a sore foot I never go anywhere without my oils and I have an assortment of them as you never know what you might need. But I have a selection that can help with a variety of different issues. What oils do you take with you everywhere?

20.01.2022 Last night while I was drying my hair after my shower, my earring pulled out and cut my ear. I put a very small amount of CorrectX on my finger, then put it on the front and back of my ear. CorrectX is a combination of Frankincense, Helichrysum, Ceadarwood, Melaleuca (Tea Tree) and Lavender oil. All oils to help with healing, soothing and keeping clean. ... I call this my bandaid in a bottle, or in this case tube, and it’s a product we use on a daily basis. Any sort of scrap, sore, bump or bruise CorrectX is the go to product and one Master 7 loves to put on. A great product to add into your first aid box in the house and car. 18.01.2022 I am sooo super excited today as my US order from doTERRA arrived with all the new products that were released at our global convention at the beginning of the month. Can’t wait to try out the new oils.

15.01.2022 Heading out for dinner for a ladies night. I’m sooo excited as I don’t get to do it very often at all. I wanted to smell nice, so I did an aromatic dressing with our beautiful Passion oil. I then used Jasmine Touch as a natural deodorant and pure-fume. I’ve packed my Jasmine with me so I can touch up through the night if I wish. Bring on a night of good food, drinks and laughs.

11.01.2022 Last week I pulled my earring out and it cut my ear a little bit. After applying a very small amount of CorrectX to the front and back of my ear a couple of times a day. My ear was basically healed after 3-4 days. CorrectX I call bandaid in a bottle, it has Frankincense, Helichrysum, Cedarwood, Melaleuca (Tea Tree) and Lavender in it. 08.01.2022 I have always believed that things happen for a reason and people come into our lives for a particular reason. I do have heaps of ‘What If’ moments though. ‘What if’ i did this instead? ‘What If’ I said that? But I do believe that I am on the journey I am met to be on. People are coming into my life for a particular reason and I am so grateful for everything that has happened in my life so far. ... I can’t wait to see were my journey will go from here and the people I will meet along the way.

07.01.2022 I brought the boys new mattress and they got delivered last night, so today I’m airing them out to try getting rid of some of that new smell. In the spray bottle I put Lemon, Peppermint and On Guard, topped with water and sprayed over the mattress. I’m going to make up another bottle with Purify in it as well to spray on them. ... The boys are very excited to try them out.

01.01.2022 For the last couple of nights I’ve been putting 2-3 drops each of Lavender, Peace and Easy Air into Mr 13’s diffuser at night time. He has been waking up the next morning before I need to wake him up and he has been happy and smiling. Completely different to the child that I struggle to get out of bed in the morning and doesn’t want to go to school. I am always blown away at how amazing these oils are and I’m so great full everyday that I got introduced to them. They have changed mine and my family’s lives so much.
