25.01.2022 Joshs ute is a 2018 SR5 Hilux dual cab. We fitted a 1900W x 1900L ute tray, pair of tradie racks, window protector, tail light protector brackets and a 1700L galvanised pull out sliding draw. We also fitted a polished nudge bar and H rack, good for carrying long pipes etc, Josh is a plumber so this whole set up will suit, like many other trades. We also fitted two high slope back tool boxes with draws and shelves and a pair of under tray tool boxes.... Josh the ute looks great mate. Thank you Darren and Team.

25.01.2022 Gary's ute is a 2017 Triton dual cab. The tray we fitted is 1860W x 1890L with a pair of tradesman ladder racks, window protector, tail light protector brackets. We also fitted a 1700L pull out sliding draw, a pair of rear under tray tool boxes, tow bar and a nudge bar and H rack. Once again you can go a smaller tray length if this suits you better, but the 1890L tray is chosen the most.... We also fitted a high slope back tool box with one fixed shelf, the door opens above the ute side. The tradie racks gives you the most space across the top of the racks. Some people bolt a pull out awning on the side ears of the racks. The ute looks good. Thank you Darren and Team.

24.01.2022 Nathans ute is a 2013 Toyota Tundra dual cab, its bigger than your standard size dual cab. We fitted a 2100W x 2100L ute tray, pair of type 1 ladder racks in a satin brush finish, removable pins, window protector and tail light protector brackets. Not to forget the 30Ltr water tank on the rear passengers side and an under tray tool box on the rear drivers side. The width of the tray just stuck past his tyres a little on either side, which is what you want, its the same with ...all utes. The length of the tray just stuck past the tow ball which is fine as well. If Nathan wanted too, he could have gone shorter or even a bit longer in length, its up to the customer. In general, we have our standard size trays for all utes, but if you are wanting a different size tray for what ever reason, we can do it. Nathan your new tray looks great mate. 24.01.2022 Here's a 2019 Chev we did on April 24th. The flat tray is 2000W x 2250L approx. Our trays are strong. The customer who owned the Chev was putting a canopy on it. We do ute trays with drop sides, flat trays with the head board panel and rack... or just flat trays, we make trays to suit your needs.... Thank you Darren and Team.

23.01.2022 Today we fitted a tray to Darrins 2016 Triton dual cab. Darrin is getting into the courier business so he needed as much tray floor space as possible and plenty of space on top of the racks. We also fitted a nudge bar and H rack so he can carry long lengths of whatever he needs to carry. The under tray tool boxes are good for ratchet straps and many other things. Today we fitted a 1860W x 2250L ute tray with pair of type 1 tube ladder racks, removable ladder rack pins, solid window protector, tail light protector brackets and a tow bar. 22.01.2022 Graeme's ute is a 2010 Holden Colorado space cab. We fitted a 1860W x 2100L ute tray, type 1 tube head board rack, tail light protector brackets and a 1700L pull out sliding draw. We have 1400L,1700L and 2100L galvanised sliding draws to choose from. Space cab tray lengths are 2040, 2100, 2250, but we do have in between sizes and slightly longer ones. Trays are made to size to suit your needs. Just let us know what year/make/model you have and your requirements.... The internal floor space will suit Graeme's slide on camper. 21.01.2022 Camerons ute is a 2011 Mazda BT50 dual cab, he decided that the tradie pack special was a good deal. His ute is the same set up as June 24th post, except Cameron got the steel window protector and not the alloy one. This deal started on the 15th of June and will end on the 25th of July, weve done quite a few, so Im glad people are liking our deals. 21.01.2022 Steves ute is a 2019 Mazda BT50 dual cab. Our standard tray length is 1900L external measurements, but Steve needed the tray to be a little longer, so we fitted a 2040L tray. Steve is a chippy and he needed as much floor space as possible for his longer tool boxes, ladders etc. Anyone that is looking at buying a tray, we have our standard size trays, but we can make them shorter or longer, its really up to you. We also fitted a pair of tradie racks, sliding draw, window p...rotector, tail light protector brackets and rear under tray tool boxes. We ordered in a tray tow bar for Steve to suit his longer tray, the towing weight capacity is still 3500kg. Steve is now off to get a bull bar fitted and when thats done, hell be back for a H rack for his bull bar so he can carry long lengths of timber. Thank you Darren and Team

20.01.2022 Today's ute is a 2019 Dmax dual cab. We fitted a pair of removable tradesman ladder racks that were powder coated satin black. The customer asked for extra tie points which we welded on each leg, this is optional and costs a bit extra. Our racks are strong, good quality, made here. Tub racks come in satin brush finish, polished or powder coat black.... Thank you Darren and Team

The tray size for a D22 is 1860W x 1900L, same size tray for a D40 or NP300, but sometimes on D40's and NP300's we have to go 1900W instead of 1860W, depends on the size of your tyres. Remember though, you have a choice to go smaller in length, but as you can see with Ryan's tray, the tray size he chose is perfect.... Ryan's tray comes with a pair of type 1 ladder racks with removable pins. Ryan is a young bloke setting up his ute for work. 20.01.2022 Michelle's ute is a 2013 Mazda BT50 single cab. We fitted a flat tray with a head board panel and head board rack with no ute sides, also added was the tail light protector brackets. The tray size is 1900W x 2530L approx external measurements, the tray internal floor space is 1900W x 2456L approx. Single cab utes can take a few different tray sizes, width and length.... The customer bought two low rectangle tool boxes 1750L x 600W x 500H, Made from 2.5mm good grade aluminium, these boxes are strong, even the handles are strong. I know this, because I have boxes myself that are around eight years old and Ive never had any problems with them. Also weve had great feedback from our customers. We also sell the 63mm rear tube ladder rack that suits other brand trays, no mater if its a Hilux, Triton, Nissan, we h...ave the rear rack to suit. 18.01.2022 We've got another Ryan that's bought a tray from us. Ryan's ute is a 2008 Holden Colorado dual cab, the tray size he decided on was 1860W x 1830L. He got a pair of type 1 ladder racks with removable pins, steel window protector, tail light protector brackets and its all powder-coated gloss black. Ryan found us on our Facebook page and decided he'd like to get a black tray for his ute after seeing one that I posted a while ago.... 18.01.2022 Here's a 2015 Amarok dual cab. We fitted a 1950W x 1890L tray with a pair of type 1 ladder racks, satin brush finish, 4 removable pins. We also fitted a 1700L galvanised pull out sliding draw. Amaroks have a wide cabin. Tray width... Most people go the 1950W, but you can go 2 metres wide. Tray lengths: 1890L is chosen the most, but you can go 1830L, 1766L, 1678L external measurements. We also fitted two aluminium tool boxes, one is a full door opening with 1 adjustable shelf and the other one has 2 draws on the bottom and 1 adjustable shelf. Thank you Darren and Team.

17.01.2022 We haven't done one of these in a while, a tray with the old school square headboard. We usually do trays with the tapered tube head board with pins or the tradesman tube head board. The old square head board is like the round tube tradesman head board, it still gives you all that space across the top, but the only difference is that the square head board set up is not quite as strong as the tube head board set up that goes into the sleeves at the front of the tray. Don't ge...t me wrong, the square head board is still fine and I still like the look of both of them. If anyone is chasing a tray with the square head board like we fitted today, we'd be happy to make it. Just remember with our trays, we have a very strong floor rating, very strong ute sides, solid racks, hinges and so on. We have two different window protectors to choose from. W...ith tradie racks, you get a lot of space across the top, ideal for any tradesman, also some people like to screw a pull out awning on the rack ears. There are some ute tray manufacturers out there that don't do the tradesman ladder racks at all. When you buy a tray, make sure the front tube head board rack is mounted in sleeves at the front of the tray, between the cabin and the head board. Some trays out there have the tube head board rack mounted inside the tray, now this causes problems for tool boxes/canopies. You don't have to worry about that with our trays. All in all, give us a call if anyone would like to ask us more about our trays, I try and give as much info through these posts as I can. 14.01.2022 Today we fitted a pair of tradesman ladder racks to a 2015 Hilux dual cab with a tub. Adrian's racks were done in a satin brush finish. Customer's have a choice, satin brush finish, polish or powder coat black. It does cost more for polish or black. Our racks are very strong, there are a lot of racks out there that are made thin, tinny and light weight, those type of racks dint easily and are less strength compared to ours. Each rack is removable, the rack feet are bolted to ...the top corners of the tub and the racks just slip in and out. There is a black twisty handle that holds the rack in the feet. 13.01.2022 Tom's ute is a 2014 Amarok dual cab. The tray size is 1950W x 1890L. Amarok's have a wide cabin, so you can even put a 2m wide tray on it, also with the length you can go 1678L, 1830L, 1766L or the 1890L tray that most people choose. We fitted a rear removable rack through the floor, window protector, tail light protector brackets and two high slope back tool boxes. These boxes are full opening, so many people choose to have the ute sides join up to them. We also fitted a pai...r of 4WD under tray tool boxes that slope up at the back. We also fitted a 1700L pull out sliding draw, this length draw will only suit the 1830L and 1890L tray, if you go a shorter tray you would have to go 1400L draw. We also fitted a tow bar. The tray size is 1900W x 1890L, has a pair of tradesman ladder racks, alloy mesh window protector and a pair of tail light protector brackets. We also fitted a pair of high slope back tool boxes and a pair of rear under tray tool boxes. The top boxes are 1500L and the under boxes are 750L. 12.01.2022 Jeff's ute is a 2015 Hilux dual cab. The tray we fitted is 1860W x 1890L with a front type 1 tube head board rack, tail light protector brackets and a 1700L pull out sliding draw. The mini canopy runs approx 700mm down the tray. Jeff wanted higher ute sides to join up to his canopy. He can still open and close the ute sides as normal. ... With some other utes that we've done, the ute sides are fixed and don't drop up and down, it depends on the size of the box or canopy, but the tailgate always drops up and down. 10.01.2022 Today we fitted a tray on Jonathan's 2013 Nissan D40 dual cab. The tray size is 1860W x 1890L, but you can also go 1900W x 1890L. We fitted the tradesman tube ladder racks which gives you heaps of space across the top, tail light protector brackets and a black window protector. 10.01.2022 Today we fitted an adaptor rack and rear tradie rack on a 2015 Holden Colorado dual cab tub. The distance across the top of the racks is 1560mm, that's our normal width, but we can bring that measurement in if required, but most people like having more space on top than less. We use high grade thick aluminium. Our racks are made very strong, made to last. I've been in this industry for quite a while now and I cannot believe the crap that's flooding the market. I've seen racks... made from 2 to 2.5 stainless steel or 3mm aluminium, they are light weight, weak and easy to dint. Most are imported, but even some companies here make them like that. 08.01.2022 Today we fitted a tray to Oka's 2007 Triton dual cab ute. The tray was powder coated in Satin black. The black tray looks good with the red and matches in with the black trims, tinted windows, bull bar, steps and the snorkel at the front. Just letting people know that we don't sell or fit bull bars, steps, snorkels or roof racks.... We do sell the black boxes though, the chrome whale tail handles suit the tray latches and the car door handles. These black boxes we sell are very good quality, strong flat plate aluminium, but we also have our polished checker plate boxes which are great too. I think this ute looks really good. 08.01.2022 Jordan's ute is a 2018 Ford Ranger dual cab. We fitted a pair of ladder racks today, powder coated satin black. Both racks are removable, the racks slide in and out of the feet which are bolted to the top corners of the tub. These racks have the rabbit ears welded on top, ideal for hooking straps to them.... 07.01.2022 Heres a 2019 Hilux single cab ute we did a few days ago. Our customer chose our tray instead of the dealers tray, heres a few reasons why he chose ours. Corey wanted a heavy duty tray, more floor space, full length rope rails and tradesman ladder racks, he chose the 2530L tray. Corey has bought a few trays from us overtime. 06.01.2022 Steve's ute is a 2019 Mazda BT50 dual cab. Our standard tray length is 1900L external measurements, but Steve needed the tray to be a little longer, so we fitted a 2040L tray. Steve is a chippy and he needed as much floor space as possible for his longer tool boxes, ladders etc. Anyone that is looking at buying a tray, we have our standard size trays, but we can make them shorter or longer, it's really up to you. We also fitted a pair of tradie racks, sliding draw, window p...rotector, tail light protector brackets and rear under tray tool boxes. We ordered in a tray tow bar for Steve to suit his longer tray, the towing weight capacity is still 3500kg. Steve is now off to get a bull bar fitted and when that's done, he'll be back for a H rack for his bull bar so he can carry long lengths of timber. Thank you Darren and Team

05.01.2022 This vehicle is a 2018 Holden Colorado dual cab, we fitted the tradie style racks and the tray yesterday, basically the same set up as my last post on June 24th. The business that we sold the tray and boxes to wanted us to set up the top box as you see it, this just means you don't have to keep dropping the ute side down to get to the draws etc. We joined a little ute side to the rear tool box. We do a lot of these set ups all the time with one or two boxes on top. Our boxes... from our supplier are made from 2.5mm aluminium and are made well, I've seen boxes that we've sold 5 7 9 years ago still in good nick. Beware the crap out there, there are heaps of flimsy made tool boxes on the market that don't last, we are not interest in selling that type of stuff. The tray size we fitted is 1900W x 1900L, but remember we do have other tray sizes. Our trays are heavy duty, strong floor, strong ute sides and much more. Have a great weekend. 04.01.2022 Toms ute is a 2014 Amarok dual cab. The tray size is 1950W x 1890L. Amaroks have a wide cabin, so you can even put a 2m wide tray on it, also with the length you can go 1678L, 1830L, 1766L or the 1890L tray that most people choose. We fitted a rear removable rack through the floor, window protector, tail light protector brackets and two high slope back tool boxes. These boxes are full opening, so many people choose to have the ute sides join up to them. We also fitted a pai...r of 4WD under tray tool boxes that slope up at the back. We also fitted a 1700L pull out sliding draw, this length draw will only suit the 1830L and 1890L tray, if you go a shorter tray you would have to go 1400L draw. We also fitted a tow bar. 03.01.2022 Today we fitted a tray on Jonathans 2013 Nissan D40 dual cab. The tray size is 1860W x 1890L, but you can also go 1900W x 1890L. We fitted the tradesman tube ladder racks which gives you heaps of space across the top, tail light protector brackets and a black window protector. If you have tinted windows, sometimes people like to get the black window protector as it blends in with the tint or the black cabin.... Thanks Jonathon for choosing our ute tray. Darren and Team.

03.01.2022 Chriss ute is a 2016 NP300 dual cab. He purchased the tradie pack special that were running at the moment, he saved some good $$$$. We have two different window protectors to choose from. W...ith tradie racks, you get a lot of space across the top, ideal for any tradesman, also some people like to screw a pull out awning on the rack ears. There are some ute tray manufacturers out there that dont do the tradesman ladder racks at all. When you buy a tray, make sure the front tube head board rack is mounted in sleeves at the front of the tray, between the cabin and the head board. Some trays out there have the tube head board rack mounted inside the tray, now this causes problems for tool boxes/canopies. You dont have to worry about that with our trays. 03.01.2022 Today we fitted a tray on a 2014 Colorado single cab. When placing his order, he mentioned that he needed as much floor space as possible to carry sheets of plywood, MDF, etc. The tray size is 1900W x 2676L external and the internal floor space with the ute sides down is 1875W x 2606L approx. Even though there's still plenty of space between the rear rack to slide the sheets in, the customer still wanted a rear removable ladder rack through the floor, so when the rack is take...n out, this allows the customer to have even more floor space to carry longer and wider things Looking at buying a tray? 02.01.2022 Heres a 2015 Amarok dual cab. We fitted a 1950W x 1890L tray with a pair of type 1 ladder racks, satin brush finish, 4 removable pins. We also fitted a 1700L galvanised pull out sliding draw. Amaroks have a wide cabin. Tray width... Most people go the 1950W, but you can go 2 metres wide. Tray lengths: 1890L is chosen the most, but you can go 1830L, 1766L, 1678L external measurements. We also fitted two aluminium tool boxes, one is a full door opening with 1 adjustable shelf and the other one has 2 draws on the bottom and 1 adjustable shelf. Thank you Darren and Team.

02.01.2022 Today we fitted a pair of tradesman ladder racks to a 2015 Hilux dual cab with a tub. Adrians racks were done in a satin brush finish. Customers have a choice, satin brush finish, polish or powder coat black. It does cost more for polish or black. Our racks are very strong, there are a lot of racks out there that are made thin, tinny and light weight, those type of racks dint easily and are less strength compared to ours. Each rack is removable, the rack feet are bolted to ...the top corners of the tub and the racks just slip in and out. There is a black twisty handle that holds the rack in the feet. 02.01.2022 We havent done one of these in a while, a tray with the old school square headboard. We usually do trays with the tapered tube head board with pins or the tradesman tube head board. The old square head board is like the round tube tradesman head board, it still gives you all that space across the top, but the only difference is that the square head board set up is not quite as strong as the tube head board set up that goes into the sleeves at the front of the tray. Dont ge...t me wrong, the square head board is still fine and I still like the look of both of them. If anyone is chasing a tray with the square head board like we fitted today, wed be happy to make it. Just remember with our trays, we have a very strong floor rating, very strong ute sides, solid racks, hinges and so on. 01.01.2022 The vehicle is a 2019 Mazda dual cab. We fitted our ute tray and a standard size canopy. The canopy is made from 2.5mm aluminium checker plate, 3 doors, 2 roof racks, has aluminium sheet floor, 2 x T lockable handles on each door. The canopies are made well. 01.01.2022 Jeffs ute is a 2015 Hilux dual cab. The tray we fitted is 1860W x 1890L with a front type 1 tube head board rack, tail light protector brackets and a 1700L pull out sliding draw. The mini canopy runs approx 700mm down the tray. Jeff wanted higher ute sides to join up to his canopy. He can still open and close the ute sides as normal. ... With some other utes that weve done, the ute sides are fixed and dont drop up and down, it depends on the size of the box or canopy, but the tailgate always drops up and down. Jeffs tray sides measure 325mm from the floor to the top of the ute side, standard height is 250mm. We charge extra for higher sides. Thanks Jeff for choosing our tray. Darren and Team.
