20.01.2022 We hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and New Year. We have just realised that we have been having some issues with our email account for the past 10 days. We are currently updating our website and hope to have everything fixed in the next day. If you have emailed this year and are still awaiting a reply please either contact me via text or email me at [email protected] while we fix the issue. In the meantime please enjoy this photo of Millie with our current baby birds we are raising. Sorry for any inconvenience.

18.01.2022 Next time you go to make an online booking you may notice some changes! We have updated our booking software so we can keep your contact details current and ensure we have all relevant details for your birds stay. This is also inline with the COVID requirements that we need to abide by. You will now be able to set up a password the next time you log in and will be able to update your own details as well as your birds. You can even add a cute profile picture to go with your birds account.

12.01.2022 What a year 2020 has been. We want to assure you all that we are still here! We have had a quiet months with no one being able to travel during COVID restrictions. With the restrictions easing we are back open and taking bookings again. There have been some changes however. Last week we welcomed a new human member to our family. Millie is very excited to meet her new little brother, Darcy. While Hannah is on maternity leave from Brisbane Bird Vet, all drop off and pick ups will be run from our facility at Wamuran. We can’t wait to see you and your birds again soon as you enjoy our great state that is #qldgoodtogo

08.01.2022 Did you miss out on the first round of Boredom Buster Boxes from Beaky Things! (Try saying that 3 times fast!) Version 2 is available now!

07.01.2022 When you can’t decide if you want a bath or a shower. Why not both?

05.01.2022 *Home Safe* Merle and Shirle are regular boarders with us and have flown away from their home in Burpengary. They are two very friendly boys who are great flyers and will happily fly to your arm or head. They are microchipped and have leg bands. Their mums are missing them terribly. If you hear of any yellow sided Green Cheek Conures being found in the south east Queensland area please make sure that they have been checked for a microchip as we would love to see them home again.

04.01.2022 Looking for a different experience while keeping close to home? A friend has started a new business offering half day trips or overnight options while getting an up close camel experience.

01.01.2022 What a great idea from Beaky Things to keep both yourself and your feathered friends entertained while in isolation!
