25.01.2022 Now on tap here at Brisbane Brewing Co: Bourbon Barrel - Aged RIS. For this limited release beer, we took our delicious signature Russian Imperial Stout and aged it for 12 months in an oak bourbon barrel. The result is a rich and full-bodied beer with hints of vanilla, bourbon, and brown sugar. A beer worthy of 18th-century Russian royalty.



25.01.2022 Last week it was muffin beer, this week it's Crème Brûlée! Our Vanilla Crème Brû(A)le is a vanillery ode to the dessert, brewed with lactose, vanilla and egg white protein. Rich and smooth with a gentle warmth that results in a delicious creamy brew. Available on tap tomorrow (Wednesday) night at Brisbane Brewing Co. only. As with all of our small batch releases, supply is limited so if you'd love to try this delicious brew, book in this week.
