For the last 38 years, the majority of churches in the Brisbane Metroplex have benefited from the hard work of the Christian Resource Trust to provide them with a regular directory of verified Christian Business folk.... These are the people who have served them with Air Conditioning, Instruments, Electrical work, Plumbing, Painting, Building work and all manner of products. The parishioners of those churches have been able to find a Christian Business person to teach their children to drive, to maintain the car that they drive, to build the homes that they live in and the cabinetry which houses their electrical goods, computers, etc. Those homes and churches have been insured, and protected from pests, and bought and sold with the assistance of people from that directory. When births, birthdays, weddings have happened, parties have been arranged and when the final curtain comes, funerals have been arranged. All aspects of life have been represented through the pages and the hard work of business people in the Christian Referdex. The Church has supported the business folk who, in turn, support them. And the Christian Resource Trust in turn has given back with many projects, both visible and invisible, that have supported the Church and the people within them.
