16.01.2022 Feeling topsy-turvy? How are you? How are you feeling and thinking during this challenging time of social isolation and restrictions? If you do need psychological support with someone such as myself, then have an appointment with your doctor and get a referral for phone, Skype or Zoom counselling. There are no restrictions on where you live and where the psychologist practice is located. You can have up to 10 sessions in a calendar year (Jan to Dec) although after the first 6 sessions you need to see your doctor again to get the next 4 sessions approved. Your sessions can be bulk-billed directly to Medicare if you agree to assign the benefits to your psychologist. You can PM me for more information if you like. In the meantime, think positively to reduce the stress load on your immune system.

The service offers easy access to a broad range of practical supports from online wellbeing tips, self-help tools to phone counselling from trained mental health professionals and peer to peer support.
