As a community lets support and look after each other during this time of concern. Out of consideration for your fellow practitioner if you are not feeling well please dont come to class. Bring your own mat and towel. The studio has mat spray, soap, sanitiser, available to clean your mats or wash your hands before and after practice.... Also apologies for the lack of online classes. I guess Im struggling with the idea of teaching in front of a screen I trust my regular students are carrying on as usual with their practice. ... Those students who are relatively new to the Shala and were beginning their Ashtanga journey with me, remember a little everyday is the key. A few of each Sun salutations A & B, (moving slowly focusing on deep full breaths), some standing poses and then finishing with a bridge or backbend and a 3-5 minute easy seated posture focusing on the breath or laying down savasana.
