Caitlin has wealth of experience in Ballet and Yoga to bring to our little community. Barre Attack is a flowing sequence of high intensity, low impact moves that will leave you feeling stronger, re-aligned, and balanced. Be sure to book in on Mindbody as space is limited!

A barre can be a table, the back of a chair, a counter top, a towel rack, or anything about waist-height that you can use for stability and balance! a mat - your favourite yoga or Pilates mat ball - if you don’t have a proper barre ball, grab one of your kids’ cheap balls from big W hand weights - 1 kilo weights work best... 1/2 kilo are great as well! magic circle - if you don’t have a magic circle, that’s ok, but awesome if you can get one! You can also use your ball! ankle weights - not mandatory, especially for beginners, but if you have them, strap them on for an added challenge.

Have you ever wanted to get started in Barre or Pilates but felt you might need individualised attention? Private and small group instruction on Wednesday nights offers just that. We enjoy our workouts more when we know we’re using the correct technique and posture- we can work with you to help you gain strength confidence. We now offer complimentary swimming passes to the pool before or after classes, so join us for a great workout, and finish it off with a swim!

That if you just looked better and lost some weight that everything would fall into place. If anything it’s the opposite. I workout because I don’t have it all together and I need a way to come back to myself and not completely lose my sh*t. Be smart. That is until of course you’re bed ridden for two days you then become incredibly grateful to do all the things we get to do every day. Today’s another day. Let’s do this. It’s great to have goals around getting fitter but don’t forget to be thankful for the health you have today.
