18.01.2022 We take great care to clear your drain as thoroughly as possible using the latest equipment available although there are various reasons why drains block or re block again in a short period of time. 1) Tree Roots - Tree roots are the most common cause of blocked drains and will re grow into a cracked pipe or broken joint every 3-12 months depending on the tree. 2) Broken Pipe - The rough edge of a broken pipe can catch waste material running through your drains causing the d...rain to block several times until it is repaired. 3) New Obstruction - Toilet fresheners, children’s toys, baby wipes, sanitary napkins etc. 4) Moved Obstruction - An obstruction in the drain can be released only to be jammed again further downstream causing another blockage days later. 5) Secondary Blockage - Roots entering an area of the drain we did not put our drain cleaning equipment through. Eg. a separate section of the house drainage system. If you get a recurred blockage in any of the above cases a return visit by our experienced drain technician will be required. In order to determine the exact cause of the blockage, it is recommended that a diagnostic drain camera be used. This will enable us to thoroughly examine the internal condition of your pipes and make a recommendation for permanent repairs to be presented for your consideration. The camera will also pinpoint the exact location of the fault in your drain using its transmitter and receiver. This takes any guess work out of finding the right place to start excavating. If our equipment gets jammed down your drain, you have a damaged pipe. The drain will have to be excavated at your cost to retrieve the drain cleaning equipment and repair damaged the pipe. Our drain cleaning equipment will not damage your pipes in any way unlike other old mechanical methods. When tree roots are the cause of your blockages, we recommend cleaning your drain annually as preventative maintenance. This is cheaper than replacing your drains with the same result especially if you are thinking of relocating soon.

09.01.2022 How gross is this footage? Almost 400 fat blockages have been cleared from the sewer network in the last 12 months. While the cold increases the likelihood of... fatbergs forming, the problem originates from pouring oils and greases down the drain in the first place. A costly lesson if it clogs your household plumbing! Next time youre on clean-up duty, wipe your pans with a paper towel and pop it in the bin. Dont feed the fatberg!

04.01.2022 This house had major seepage problems. The slab was constantly wet, and starting to have structural issues due to it. Our subterranean water barrier has solved that situation. Seepage now goes where it belongs. Down the drain!

04.01.2022 STORM WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM We designed and installed this drainage system, square drainage pits and long channel grates. The channel storm water grate was designed and fitted to hug the curve of the concrete which adds to the visual effect. Neatly finished to our usual high standards.
