The first time you encounter a pull type clutch is not going to be a nice experience It will go something like this: the last bolt is removed from the gearbox bell housing you gently pull on the gearbox to separate it from the engine it starts to move back from the flywheel housing and stops suddenly. ... you pry and lever it you check around the gearbox for something still connected you curse and scream at it you resort to searching on YouTube and there it is.... a release mechanism made by Satan himself. It can by difficult to release the clip holding the throw out bearing onto the pressure plate. With some vehicles you can release the fork from the pivot and if all else fails then remove the pressure plate bolts one by one whilst turning the flywheel to access the next bolt.
