Next month will be our MSS just in time for last minute Prep for the Pokémon Oceania International Also at our next events, in light of the devastating Wildfires in Australia, this Pokémon Community will be giving back to our Unsung Heros, raising funds.for a Rural Fire Brigade our TO helps out and our precious defendless cute Wildlife.... 23.01.2022 PSA Stolen from our good friend, Rusty Peters For the VG people, this is regarding the new rules and comes from TPCi regarding the line about available Pokemon in Galar/forms and will be applicable to Oceania Internationals next week and until next series is live.... "The quoted line in the rules refers specifically to Pokémon that were available in Pokémon Sword and Shield before the release of Pokémon HOME. We're aware that the wording is ambiguous, and are working on releasing messaging and an update to the rules document and further messaging that will clarify not only this, but the additions to the list of permitted Pokémon in Series 3. To be explicit, the following are not currently permitted for play in Series 2 and players will not be able to lock a Battle Team containing one of them (so there is no risk of penalty to the player if they misinterpret the rules): - Regional forms that were not available in Galar before the launch of Pokémon HOME, such as Alolan Ninetales and Rapidash. - Pokémon that were not available in Galar before the launch of Pokémon HOME and thus have no Galar Dex number, such as Venusaur and Incineroar. The only immediate addition to the format is moves and Abilities that were not previously available but can now be passed down from Pokémon brought in through Pokémon HOME, such as Clefairy with Friend Guard and male Meowstic with Prankster."

17.01.2022 PSA AS the independent TO within South-East Queensland, hosting various Pokémon VGC events, I wish to inform all players and family of players of the process which will be followed moving forward in light of the unprecedented event of COVID 19 virus. At the forefront of any event, is to maintain the Health and Wellbeing of all of our players, staff and the love ones we go home to. Ultimately, I will be following all recommendations from the people in the know, WHO, our Fede...ral and State Government and the venue owners. No one is immune to this virus, so running an event is a calculated risk, with the precautions that will be implemented. Any already Sanctioned event can be canceled at any time prior to the event happening, which will be out of my control. Socially distancing will be implemented, meaning no shaking hands and if possible players will sit 1.5 m away. Players will need to wipe down their switches and phones and wash hands throughly before commencement of the games. Bringing food into the venue could be banned, only food/ drink from venue is accepted and players may be asked to wipe down their own playing area. If you feel unwell, in any way, do not come to the venue, as you will be kindly asked to leave. If you have further questions, regarding this ever evolving situation, please shoot me a message. Thanks everyone that had preregistered for these events. The next big event will be the Sydney Regionals if it goes ahead on the weekend of the 16 and 17 May.
