07.01.2022 UPDATE: I know that many Cafe's around the world have closed their doors during this time but The Cafe on my website is still open and thanks Brenda Ameli, from The Impulse Studio for starting March Thread. It seems though that The Cafe has barred me only right now as I'm unable to gain access at the moment I hope to back on there very soon. ZOOM UPDATE FOR CALLANETICS CLASSES: I'm running Zoom classes for my Gold Coast students at the moment and I'm loving it. Teaching is a ...major part of self-nurturing so I'm so grateful and happy to have this medium to continue connecting with my students.
