17.01.2022 BCL 2.0 starts this weekend, with a few COVID-19 restrictions to follow as per QLD Health. Based on the COVID-safe Roadmap for the Greater Brisbane Area (6pm Monday 11th Jan to 1am Friday 22 Jan). The main implications for cricket activity (training and playing) are:... * You must carry a face mask with you at all times when you leave home * Individuals must wear a face mask in indoor spaces, including indoor recreation facilities and gyms for cricket this would be clubhouses and changerooms * QR code Check-Ins at training (for players and coaches) and matches (spectators and supporters) as per usual MORE INFORMATION can be found here - https://www.qld.gov.au//easing-greater-brisbane-restrictio This is also timely reminder to be on top of the COVID practices that were established at the beginning of the season: * No Saliva or Sweat on the ball * QR code Check-Ins at training (for players and coaches) and matches (spectators and supporters) * Bringing your own water bottle * Minimise contact with others no handshakes, sharing equipment etc * Hand sanitising at breaks in the game * If you have any cold/flu like symptoms, you must get tested and not attend training or matches.
