16.01.2022 Another demo slowly taking shape and coming to its end. A few more hours tomorrow sorting out loose ends and we will be in the books on another.

16.01.2022 Here we go again on the merry go round. This time at Camp Hill. Down she comes

16.01.2022 Today's task. Cart clay into a dam. Big dam.

15.01.2022 Yesterday we completed the Camp Hill demo. This house was 100% dissected we had timber, steel, rubbish, brick/concrete and asbestos. Going off our figures we have worked out that this house was in fact 97% recycled with only 1.5t of rubbish and approx 2t of asbestos going to land fill. Its very Labor intensive to achieve these results but this is what needs to be done to make these jobs affordable profitable and of course better for the environment. ... Take a look at the pics below and as always you will see what once was and what now is. A clean slate ready for redevelopment. As you can also see is a pic showing the amount of rubbish from this house sitting in a semi tipper. Barely enough to make a lump.

14.01.2022 Complete dismantle and strip out of this house. All the plaster is off the walls and now we start on the ceiling..........ONLY 1 PROBLEM theres a possum running around doing hot laps up there so this should be fun.

03.01.2022 Another demo for the books!!!! As our followers are aware we are big on the recycling side of our work. Comment below with your guess on how many tonnes of this house ended up going to land fill. ... Yesterday including hand stripping the walls we managed to remove the entire house slab included. Today we removed 4 loads of greenwaste which will be recycled into garden products. And as always the finished result is a bare flat block ready for its next build.
