Once distilled, green cardamom is highly fragrant. It becomes very green, like a blanket of grass... slightly perfumed, sweet at the fore with a fiery finish. ... Green cardamom seeds tend to lend a eucalyptol flavour to gins, and as such, you'll find this in our Queensland Dry - which is still in stock!
