14.01.2022 CELEBRATING OUR 2000TH BRAND NEW FLOATER at Sherwood yesterday, not including the thousands of old timers. We’ve worked hard to build up this business over the past 3 1/2 years here at Sherwood, so it is heart breaking to have a property developer come in and destroy our business by moving all tenants out so he can renovate and push up the rent by 223% - yes 223%. We are bitterly disappointed and frustrated as he has already started renovations and deconstruction of the site ...even though he doesn’t settle for another 4 weeks. The noise and disruption he has caused, has forced me into a corner and we have decided in the best interest of our sanity and the needs of our customers, that we will close the shop permanently on Wednesday 14th of September at 4pm. A whole month earlier than we expected. I would like to thank everyone for making BF&M a success and we hope to get Summerholm Wellness Farm up and running inside a couple of months in limited stages. 13.01.2022 Dear Friends Well it's the end of an era... After literally thousands of floats in the 3+ years at Sherwood, we are sad to announce that Brisbane Float & Massage is closing for good. Our last day of business will be Saturday October 8th. As such, this is the final week that the 3 float pack is available for purchase. Floats will need to be redeemed before October 8th and the same applies to anyone who has unused gift vouchers (please tell your family and friends if you have b...ought them vouchers). Kerry and I would like to say a huge and sincere "THANK YOU" to all our lovely customers for all your support and loyalty over the last few years. We hope you are all able to visit us at Summerholm Wellness Farm in the near future!

10.01.2022 HI guys, you know how we have been going on about nutrition, beating cancer and nearly every other disease, well someone has put in a video - not my doing....anyway, Kerry and i would like you to consider coming out on 31 July and having a look at the movie. Tickets must be pre-purchased so we get enough people for them to hold the movie. it would be nice to think we can make a difference.

09.01.2022 Last night we went with friends to watch a movie in Toowoomba. It is a movie organised by a group called Fan Force. They get hold of small release or controversial movies and get a number of people together to watch it in a commercial theatre. Last nights movie was The Magic Pill. For those who don’t know, my wife Kerry was diagnosed with Follicular lymphoma, cancer of the lymph, now 5 years ago. We decided to steer clear of chemo and radiation and move to a diet and stres...s management process. I am glad we did as Kerry is the healthiest I have ever seen her in our 27 years together. What we did was (on the nutrition side) was move to what we now know as a Ketogenic diet and that’s what we learnt more about last night. The movie looked specifically at two cultures, our own Aboriginal and American. The movie explained how both societies are crippled by diabetes, heart disease, autism, obesity etc. They then found a number of families who tried a ketogenic / paleo diet and the results were very interesting. I urge you all to go and seek out this movie, even if it is just for satisfying a curiosity, or if you want greater understanding how we are manipulated and lied to and how easy we can turn this car wreck around. For those interested, this is what Summerholm Wellness Farm is all about. Giving people a chance to take back control of their lives, rather than being broken by a system that continues to lie to us and offers no hope what so ever. 07.01.2022 Floating is the only practice I know where all of the benefits are easily found in doing absolutely nothing. You don't have to visit doctors, learn meditation, run for miles, eat special foods. The body naturally relaxes, everytime you enter a float tank. Don't be shy lying in a pool of water for an hour in the dark, can be the best decision you will ever make.
