23.01.2022 Here’s a great beginner hike (aka. Coastal Walk) for you all ~ Noosa Heads Coastal Trail from Sunrise Beach to Noosa It’s only around 8km one-way, and there’s coffee at the end. What are you waiting for?!
22.01.2022 Friends from CopFit lead an epic hike along the Coomera Circuit in Binna Burra section of Lamington NP. Unfortunately, there were no actual lamingtons to be seen.. but the 10+ waterfalls and 18km of lush rainforest more than made up for it
21.01.2022 Here are some favourites from BHG Group Hikes this year. BHG is working on a calendar for 2019, so stay tuned.. You're welcome to tag yourself in the photos too!

20.01.2022 We want to know where your next adventure taking you!? Teamed up with @fitstop_burleigh for a gorgeous midweek hike up Mt Maroon Starting from Cotswold Track Maroon, this leg burner has phenomenal views throughout the hike. Pack some snacks and relax at the summit or maybe do some odd leg moves if you're a little weird haha. @ Mount Maroon
18.01.2022 Life hack: Wake up at stupid o’clock to explore mountains before work
16.01.2022 What a morning Now time for a nap! @ Flinders Peak
13.01.2022 Happy Monday Hikers Entries to the annual Oxfam Trailwalker event have opened for 2019. For a limited time only, they're offering early bird prices ($100 off per team, per event). We're hoping to get a group together for this one! #OxfamTrailwalker is a 100km team challenge, raising money to help change the lives of those living in poverty. You enter as a team of 4, and will either complete 100km in 48 hours or 55km in 24 hours.... Invite your friends to join you in the challenge, or comment below to find your team of 4!
13.01.2022 A 2a wake up is 107% worth it when the view is this good Which mountain/trail is your favourite place to watch sunrise from? This was taken from Mt Beerwah (Glasshouse Mountains). It is an amazing spot to watch the sunrise as you get 360 degree veiws of the Glasshouse, Sunshine Coast & all the way to Brissy! In saying that, we wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't extremely comfortable with climbing/scrambling as you'd be climbing in the dark (obviously)... Headlamps are a must-have also!
12.01.2022 Upcoming group hikes! Join our BHG community group for more details [ https://m.facebook.com/groups/1381212171979654 ]
10.01.2022 The Scenic Rim never disappoints.. such a beautiful part of the country
09.01.2022 Another sunrise spot for you guys ~ Mt Greville. The big body of water there is Lake Moogerah and Mt Edwards is to the left there. About 2 minutes after sunrise, we were engulfed in misty/cloud goodness If you missed this group hike, make sure you’ve joined our Community group so you don’t miss the next one (scroll down a few posts and you’ll find it!)
08.01.2022 How many Glass House Mountains climbs/hikes have you ticked off? Our favourites would definitely be all tracks on Beerwah or East Tibro Bonus question: Which are on your Wishlist? Maybe we can help you out and organise a group hike!
04.01.2022 Where should the next weekend meet-up be?! Comment your suggestions! (Ps. Not Barney, it’s waaaaaaay too hot for that at the moment)
