25.01.2022 Think about joining a karate club - come and join us - good for a work-out - no ice provided.

25.01.2022 New workout for the day - will need bench/chair/step Start with 12 of each exercise then repeat with 10 of each exercise then 8 of each exercise etc to 2 of each exercise 12-10-8-6-4-2 Dips (legs in front and arms on edge of bench/chair, lower yourself to the ground and back up again)... Box jumps (jump up onto bench, box, sturdy chair or step)- all those who train think of something stage like Squats (make sure you squeeze at the top) Toe taps (lying feet in the air, pull upper body to toes with outstretched arms) Mountain climbers (start in push up position pull knee to chest and the opposite knee, almost like running) Push ups Lunges (walking lunges, static lunges all are acceptable, one leg forward knee over toes, like walking stance with bending on the back knee to the ground or as low as you can) Leg raises (backwards sit ups, laying on floor lower legs to just off the ground and raise again, throw downs with no one throwing your legs down) Jump squats (its not about how low the squat is, but the explosive push up through the legs). If youre feeling inspired you can always go back up again to end on 12. Will post in comments plan without explanations for those who are exercise gurus. Comment a smiley face when youve completed it

10.01.2022 Hello valued members we would like to let you know that we are working on getting back to training ASAP. With the new announcement from the QLD government we are able to train in groups of up to 20. We were planning to be back this week doing distanced karate, with no partner work or sharing of equipment. Unfortunately the school we train at has stated that QLD education has not given authority to use the hall. We apologize for this continued delay, we want you to know we are working on negotiations with the school and are looking at alternative options for locations of training. Apologies for the disruptions, we are all very disappointed we will not be able to start training again just yet. We thank you for your patience at this time.

10.01.2022 Credit must go to Rob Dobson for teaching me this and being my inspiration - thanks Rob
