Likewise, just a reminder that as the forthcoming Sundays are packed with events, including the QLD Blitz Championship on the 8th of December and the QLD Teams Championship on the 15th of December, there will be no more chess club for the rest of the year. ... 08.01.2022 It is a busy month for chess! It recently came to my attention that there is a Junior Masters event on the Gold Coast on the 30th of August and the 1st of September. As a result, I have changed the date of the event to the 15th of September in order to encourage as much participation in all chess events as possible.
